A Case of Velamentous Insertion of the Cord with Partial Tlacenta Previa

Abstract
|
|
|
Velamentous Insertion of the cord is relatively unfrequent anomaly of the insertion in our clinical Experience. We had experienced a case of Velamentous Insertion with partial placenta previa and immaturity of the fetus.
Summary:
1) A case of the Velamentous Insertion which was accompanied with partial placenta previa. and 7th month pregnancy was presented.
2) It was actually due to placenta previa and immaturity of the fetus that the fetus-wad died 9hrs after delivery.
3) There was no evidence of vasa previa.
